Parking in Le Cannet

Located between Cannes and Mougins, Le Cannet is home to about 45,000 residents across seven neighborhoods, including Haut-Cannet, Vieux-Cannet and Bas-Cannet – areas known for their quality of life.

While the town is dotted with many small private spots, the centre hosts roughly 12 designated parking zones. These range from 10‑space lots to a 200‑space facility on Rue des Moulières, and about half of the central parking is free of charge.

The busiest area is the Rocheville district, currently undergoing major redevelopment and offering around 300 parking spaces, only a third of which require payment.

Typical rates are €1 per hour, for example at the “Saint‑Sauveur” lot near the town hall, and €13 for a full day in the hyper‑centre, which is fairly competitive.
